About This Place

Casa Ibérica, located at 6495 Cahill Ave in Inver Grove Heights, MN, offers a vibrant tapestry of Latin American and Spanish flavors, bringing the rich culinary heritage of Honduras and beyond directly to your plate. This cozy fast food restaurant elevates casual dining with a menu that bursts with authentic tastes and generous portions, ideal for sharing or savoring solo.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere where friendly service is a given, creating a warm and welcoming environment despite its limited seating. The true star, however, is the food — a delightful fusion of traditional and comfort dishes that satisfy a variety of cravings.

Food lovers rave about the signature Baleadas, a beloved Honduran staple that Casa Ibérica prepares with impeccable freshness and flavorful fillings like seasoned chicken. Their Philly Cheese Steak stands out with tender, juicy strips of beef melted under a blanket of cheese, paired perfectly with crispy French Fries or the ever-so-satisfying Tater Tots. Seafood aficionados will appreciate the expertly fried Tilapia and Catfish with Shrimp & Fries, offering a delicate crunch and moist, flaky interiors that speak to skillful cooking.

For starters, the restaurant’s Hummus Chickpeas served with warm pita offers a smooth, garlicky creaminess balanced by lemon and tahini, while the Gyro Cheese Fries present a hearty, indulgent option that combines crispy fries, savory gyro meat, and melted nacho cheese in one irresistible bite. Vegetarians aren’t left out either — the Falafel with cucumber sauce delivers a fragrant, spiced crispness that’s both satisfying and refreshing.

The menu also includes unexpected gems like Frog Legs, showcasing Casa Ibérica’s dedication to authentic and adventurous local flavors. And if you’re looking to finish your meal on a sweet note, the rich and moist Chocolate Cake slice is a decadent treat that perfectly complements the savory fare.

Customers consistently praise the restaurant’s affordability and generous portions. As Costas Stavrou shared, the fish sandwiches here surpass competitors by leaps and bounds, boasting flavors that linger long after the last bite. The staff’s genuine hospitality elevates the dining experience, with Teresa Beaudette highlighting the warm greetings and thoughtful recommendations that make visitors feel like part of the family.

Though seating is limited to just four tables, Casa Ibérica shines as a prime spot for takeout, pickup, or delivery, making it your go-to destination when craving a flavorful escape to Latin America without leaving Minnesota.

Whether you're a first-timer or a returning guest, the combination of diverse menu options, vibrant flavors, and heartfelt service promises a memorable meal that resonates authenticity and comfort in every dish.

This Family owned business has a lot of choices on the menu. It is reasonably priced. Portions are pretty big and could be shared. We had fish sandwiches with fries. They were 100 times better than Culvers!! There are only 4 tables inside, so best for take out, pick up or delivery.

Been wanting to try Baleadas for a while and the ones they make here are amazing (and reasonably priced).

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat, not really sure what to expect. First step in the door, I was greeted by a super friendly employee. Didn't know what order, so I asked for recommendations--he gave me 4! I tried the Baleadas with chicken and was NOT disappointed at all. Good flavors and all the food was so fresh! Even while I was eating, every person that walked in the door was greeted like an old friend--friendly atmosphere and great tasting food. Food portion was very generous too. I'm definitely going back soon. Thanks for a great lunch!

Great experience doing pickup for the first time at this location. Business name used to be J's Fish and Chicken but now if you search that it will bring you to Minneapolis. Not sure the full story on what happened there but they still have the same menu and additional food items. The Broasted chicken is the only thing that is missing from the previous menu. Staff was very friendly and the location was full of customers. I would recommend them again in the future. Pickup food was ready in 15 minutes from when I placed the phone order.

The service was fantastic on my first visit to Casa Iberica. The atmosphere is cozy, and the menu has a good variety of foods to choose from. My wife and I went with the wings and fish (catfish) with fries and the baleadas (with chicken). All of the food was amazing and we will definitely be back for another visit!

This food was perfect. Amazing. Soooo good! Perfect for a Friday night I do not want to cook dinner meal with my boyfriend. I had their fried mushrooms, 2 catfish and shrimp meal. My boyfriend had the wings and cod meal. We both LOVED it. The guys are so nice there and while waiting they even gave us a test sample of their gyro meat! Oh trust me! We will be back for more! They are great and so is their food!

I had them today. Got a few different things. They are pretty good. Right now, there is like only 1 guy working the entire restaurant now(understaffed?)no idea why. But he does a good job with the food. I give him props. Tilapia and fries, house salad and the Philly chicken sandwich.
